Aims and Scope

Aims:

Robotic Surgery is a process to perform a surgery by using small tools attached to the arms of the robot, and is controlled by a computer. The surgeon uses the computer to operate and control the robot arms and its movements.Robotically - assisted surgery was introduced to beat the limitations and to improve the capability of surgeons in performing open surgery, and also to perform many types of difficult procedures with more accurate, flexible and control than with the conventional techniques. There are several types of robotic surgeries available, like robotic cardiovascular surgery, robotic head and neck surgery, robotic gynecologic surgery, robotic abdominal surgery, robotic colon and rectal surgery and robotic urologic surgery. The Annals of Robotic Surgery journal accepts all scholarly articles like original research articles, review articles, case studies, clinical images, short communications, and videos etc.
