Fulltext PDFEctopic Atrial Tachycardia (EAT) is a comparatively common cause of incessant pediatric supra ventricular tachycardia and is more likely to lead to tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy in this age group. Spontaneous resolution is frequent among the younger children, while EAT in older children is frequently refractory to Antiarrhythmic drugs and amenable to catheter ablation. We report two cases and review the therapeutic options.
