Abstract

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease of unknown etiology. The presentation of sarcoidal granuloma in neck nodes without typical manifestations of sarcoidosis is difficult to diagnose. We describe the case of a 60-year-old woman with a left laterocervical lymphadenopathy. The excisional biopsy from the neck mass showed noncaseating epithelioid cell granuloma and the immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of ganglion sarcoidosis
