Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of robotic resection of insulinoma.
Methods: A successful case of robotic insulinoma resection in our department was analyzed and
compared with relevant domestic and foreign literature reports.
Results: The operation was successful, the tumor was completely resected, the blood glucose index
was recovered, and there were no postoperative complications such as pancreatic leakage, bleeding
and infection.
Conclusion: Robotic insulinoma resection has the advantages of minimally invasive, safe, fast
