Fulltext PDFPatients with peripheral arterial diseases are at increased risk for stroke, MI, thrombosis and managed with dual antiplatelet therapy. In this case, a recently diagnosed bilateral femoropopliteal occlusive disease presented with massive hemoptysis. Here by discussing the challenges in treating the patient with massive hemoptysis and coexistent PAD.
