Aims and Scope

Aims:

Annals of Aquaculture and Fisheries Science journal primarily focused on traditional and non-traditional scientific researches illustrating social-ecological systems along with different sections of aquaculture and fisheries like conservative, ornamental and sustainability. With a growing demand of limited food sources there is a need for more efficient and secure food production to support the expansion of sustainable food production. Only 38% of food supply is supported by agriculture which need to be balanced by addressing challenges like increased environmental sustainability by optimizing water and land management to reduce threats for water resources and ecosystem services. Organization which are also supported by government bodies like NOAA, European commission for aquaculture, FAO and NIWA developing aquaculture industry which is a potential source of nutrients, proteins, vitamins, minerals and essential micronutrients and thereby supporting economical, environmental and social sustainability.
